Wellington Terrace, Clevedon

The scaffold has been taken down, revealing the stone and zinc cladding to the infill structure between two Victorian villas (which have both scrubbed up nicely).

There are several methods by which zinc can be applied to a building and here a vertical standing seam is employed. By contrast, horizontal standing seam is proposed for the front entrance door wall framing, addressing the stone rustication alongside.

The next step will be the introduction of hard and soft landscaping while the interior finish of the 14 apartments is completed.
