JIA's whimsical design for a summerhouse in a walled garden in Hampshire is taking shape.
The building is designed to be unheated. When glazed it will avoid excessive summer temperatures by employing a system of vents. These will be operated by oil-filled pistons, as used on greenhouses for the same purpose.
